Leche flan

We used to make custard at home but i don't like it much, Since my fil likes sweet,i was thinking to make leche flan.It's my first time to make this time. I watched in YouTube how to make it and i wanna give a try after lunch. I hope i can make it good if not perfect. Have you tried making leche flan?

When l was young l also do not like to eat leche flan. l find it to be overwhelmingly sweet for me. But as l grew older my taste for it change l love eating it and enjoy it more now.

@rhuenz Mostly buy since it is quite an effort doing it. Avoiding those bubbles from forming is quite a challenge else your flan wouldn’t be smooth and delicious.

yes, my grandma and father are expert in cooking that. I tried to cook twice already and it is somehow good. My daughter loves it
