A Rude Student: Can YOU handle him?

I need to have a 30-minute break. I am so exhausted dealing with this rude student in the photo. The toy gun is pointing at me.
As you can see, he wants to kill me with his toy gun. The mother is with her and she ignored the rudeness of his child.
With this kind of situation, I pretend that he is not existing.
The sad part, the mother gave me a poor evaluation. I am so immune to this matter and brush it off quickly.
If you are the parent or parents of this child, what are you going to do?

I bet the mother can see no wrong with the child. The child will either snap out of it or become a real bully and nasty. I feel bad for you because you have some horrible students. If I had a child like that I would try to talk to the child and explain that they cannot act that way.

The mother doesn't care. He is not trying to play with. In fact, the actions and words are rude in nature. He even said, 'Do you want to eat bullets?' I called his attention about this, but he just ignored me for the entire class session.

Can you report him at all or will it not help you? That is sad to have a student like that. He sounds like he really wants attention and needs help. He does not need to disturb your teaching. You want him to learn and he sounds like he does not care.

You said it right. It is also the same thing here in my country. This is not acceptable behavior. Since I cannot get over what had happened last night, I reported the child to the company. Let's cross fingers to give necessary action for this matter, which I doubt if they will do something.

The child was horrendously bored. Shouldn't he be playing outdoors, instead?
For legal purposes, do you screenshot of record such bad behaviour of your clients and their mothers? For evidence, you know.
I used to have a plastic thin switch or a 'rod of correction'. I home-schooled all my children. I still have one left at home, 14 years old. But he basically has his own schedule now for his studies.

He is just a child born to be bad. With your inquiry, I do have screenshots when having this kind of student. I also started to save the videos right after the class. They will serve as proof. If the company did not do any actions, I have pieces of evidence that they do not care about the welfare of the virtual teachers.
I am wondering how homeschooling works. Now, it is pandemic. Our little miss seems like having homeschooling. In the back of mind, it is better than going to school. I am saying this because she can understand the lessons well.

If I were the parents, I would discipline the child. That rudeness is not good.

I would never have the patience for this type of sub standard behavior.

I am not a parent yet but If I am going to be one someday, I wouldn't tolerate this kind of behavior.

These days most of the kids are spoiled and the reason is their parents
