A new day to do a lot....

Good morning Wednesday from this side of the planet. Well the mid of week is already here. And my two weeks holiday is also coming to an end. School will reopen on Monday. My daughters resume their online school from today. And theirs starts with unit test.
Holidays so far have been good. And after completion of my first crochet project I started with my second one. And this time my daughter trusted my talent and shared her new yarn with me
. I will share it as soon as I finish it.
It has been two hours of non stop work since I got up. Breakfast is cooked and served to my daughters and they have started with their test. I did two rounds of laundry and one heavy blanket and they are put for drying. I hope a bright sun like last two days. I cleaned the floor of down floor while husband cleaned and mopped our bedroom upstairs. So the house is fresh with jasmine scent of floor cleaner.
Husband has gone out for jogging and now I would just catch my breath and then do my yoga. Today my younger daughter's room is on to do list for our deep cleaning and I will do it with her in the afternoon post lunch. We both will do it together once the school is over. I have already taken out her cushions, pillows and stuffed toys. They need to go to washing machine and so next few loads will be of those. It's crazy laundry going in last two days since sun showed up after a long break
Hope this post gets uploaded without any error message. In last two days I have not been able to post any discussion due to the annoying error.

i needed this beautiful hibiscus today :) so glad yer sun 'twas shinin' so's much could be 'ccomplished. i can't wait fer thawed water so's i can tackle laundry here. my house direly needs a deep clean, somethin' one cannot do with the hubs 'nderfoot. nah, he doesn't lift a finger fer such.
can't wait to see yer latest crochet! reckon 'tis good i've been too cold to fuss with postin', jest tried to keep'p with notifications. those error messages can truly get'n yer nerves, lol.

@arunima25 the sun finally made a brief debut here 'bout 4pm. 'twas a true wonder to see, 'tis been missin' since sunday. i've hopes the hubs'll go somewhere fer 't least a few days so i can get schtuff tended here.
hope ya don't either, hon. i'll be lookin' fer yer crochet, but'll need to wait 'til daylight. 'twas a most busy late 'ftnoon 'n eve fer me. 'tis nearly 1am here 'n i really need to go break'p a fight 'twixt my pillow 'n quilts :) hope ya 'njoy the rest 'f yer day!

Today also it's a bright sunny day
It's 7 AM here and I have done a lot of cleaning this week. Now I am not cleaning much next 4 days of my holiday. Just plans to relax and do some reading, crochet and art. My school reopens on Monday.

These errors are keeping me away from here. Yesterday I wasted quite some time and effort dealing with it and finally left. Life is busy in holidays and it's mostly enjoying with family

The flower looks awesome ! A lot to do here as well. This year the number of exams for the kids have increased too much.

I agree. For my elder one in 11 grade, she gets some or the other exam every day. This one is a two hour 50 marks paper. She has Physics today. Now their rooms are closed till next two hours. Younger one has it from 8 till 11. This is her half yearly. They took only one preparatory test in September.
And now I have to set up few sets of question papers for my school. We start our unit test from 3 November.

Yes and I have seen that more number of exams in fact reduces the Academic interest in kids. It might be a personal scenario but this is what I have made out.
Exams and Tests are important but should be spread out and not burden the kids.

My house is always spotless clean. I have obsession with cleaning and it's hard to control. .Glad you liked the hibiscus. It's a gorgeous color.

Beautiful flower. It sounds like you got a lot done yesterday.
I've got my feet elevated currently after changing my bandages. I feel like napping but it's a bit late for that. It's also not so easy mylotting in this position.

@arunima25 I have a couple of sores on my inner foot above the sole and do my own bandaging. My foot finally wired down and isn't hurting. I'll have to change positions to sleep soon unless I try sleeping in elevation mode.

I had a two weeks long break from work. It's our first break in this academic year. So wanted to catch up on relaxation, finishing some deep cleaning chores and a good family time. Now back to school and new term from Monday.
What kind of bandages are you talking about? Hope you are good. Take care.

@arunima25 Wow that is really very interesting! My garden is less with these beauties. But I have some other huge trees of Chapha (champa) Awala (amala) both types, Jamun, Hirwa (green) chapha, Jai, Jui, etc., I just forgot. Oh! yes, Kanehri, Aboli, Prajakta, Mogra, etc.
Maybe I will try to post the pic.

I am learning the basics from my younger daughter. I posted my first finished project a couple of days back. Now second one is of a head band.
I plan to introduce crochet to my students. And I need to be comfortable before I do that
