When I fell ill around late March, I lost around 20 pounds. After I went to visit my doctor the next month and took my medicines, I gained the lost pounds back.

@simplfred uh! Take it easy. We need to trim down our weight as it can cause a lot of health problems.

Praise every little weight loss! I was 72 kilos before the pandemic, I am 10 kilos over my weight. I have to do my best to get back to my last weight. However I get so busy from work so I don't have enough time to work out these days. I'll wait for the gyms to be opened so I can hit them.
