Greetings all, its Saturday morning here so good morning from my side. I'm not feeling well and decide not to go to office today. Last night I was rude to my boyfriend and he hurts by me emotionally. Last night I went to sleep late and that's why I slept 3 hours more to fill my sleeping hours. If I sleep less than six hours I can be sick and got bad headache. Whatever personal and professional both life is disturbed. I decide not to go to office today have two reasons, one is I'm not feeling well as I already told and 2nd reason is silent protest. I can't argue or quarrel for my salary so I decide not to work for today. If they won't pay me salary this week I may quit the job. In this corona pandemic season having a job quite tough so can you please tell me what should I do? Should I continue working with patience (salary may not pay accordingly) ? Or I should quit the job? I'm unable to decide! My financial condition is not so strong that I can quit job immediately and waiting or trying for the new one. Thanks for reading Stay blessed all.

Look for a new job; but don't quit the one you have before finding a new job.

sorry about what you are suffering.I suggest you can keep current job, meanwhile, you can try to look for another job. Once you are employed by another company, quit the nasty job immediately.I hated owing salary most.it was aweful case.

Don't quit yet but try to apply for another job at the same time. In the meantime, you need to push them for your salary. That's your hard earn money.

Like you said, you're not in a position to just quit. I understand not going into the office if you're not feeling well. When possible, stay home if you're sick. This advice has been going around since before we even learned the word "CoVID". However, if you can work, you should try.

Good morning. Sorry to hear about your woes both at work and at home. My advice is don't leave the job until you get a new one as job market is very bad at the moment.

While you are doing your silent protest, look for a job and moved on. The current job will be difficult to survive.

Understand, I am also keeping a constant look out for new jobs but new jobs seems to be harder to hunt in comparison to before co-vid.

Sorry you're not feeling so well. I would keep the job until you find one that's better. With Covid around, many of us are unemployed. What is your line of work?

I think you must continue... Unless you have another job that you are sure to get already... Life is hard now and landing another job is hard...

First if you're not feeling well, then have rest. If you're not financially strong then have some patience in your salary. It's difficult also to find job now a days.
