I started drinking this beet juice supplement on the 18th of October, and I am getting used to it. The flavor is, I suppose, growing on me. Supposed to be a cherry flavor, but you still can taste the beets quite a bit.
My urine is darker and my poop is red.

Not sure if it is doing anything, although I want to say I am feeling a bit more energetic. But who knows. It's too hard to tell, and probably too early to tell.
I have not taken it consistently either. Drank it 4 days in a row, then skipped 6 days. Drank it on the 28th, skipped the 29th, and had it yesterday and now drinking it again today.
As I said in the original post, we'll see.

I will get my beets in a jar or a can, thank you. I do not trust expensive supplements. I know beets are full of good nutrition.

Well, this one at least does say it is pretty much dehydrated and powdered beets and not much else. Apparently each spoonful is 3 beets. I am sure eating beets is probably better. But what would be the likelihood I'd eat 3 of them each and every day?

Isn't it better to just juice some beets along with apples, carrots, and celery and drink that?

@porwest You can probably make pancakes out of the pulp.

Probably. I actually used to juice. It was EXTREMELY expensive, and I even thought wasteful. It would take tons of veggies and fruit to make a small glass, and then you throw away all the pulp. It was expensive, time consuming, and I had to throw away a ton of food.

Keep us posted, although I think I'll pass on the beet juice.

I hope it is good for you..I found organic beet roots in our store, and eat them as veggies with other food and with yogurt, so they last longer

LOL! I hope this will be good on your body, we also take different supplements to strengthen our bodies specially right now there is this pandemic. I really hate the virus, and I hope everything will be fine very soon. I want to go out without having any threats to my health. Have a great day.

Oh how sweet of you to drink this stuff so WE don't have to. LOL
I cringe at the thought.
