I decided to share my purple mums that I planted last year. These are both plants from the tiny little $1.00 clearance rack mums that I bought. Aren't they beautiful now? I brought these inside for the winter. They had died back during the winter but sprouted back up in the spring. Today is the perfect day to share them as the LSU Tigers are taking on the Auburn Tigers. Geaux Purple Tigers! © 2020 Karen Gros, All rights reserved

The yellow ones from last year didn't fair well. They are still alive but not much to them. I did buy some new yellow ones. I need to look for a more golden color!!

@CarolDM Yes! I hate how only certain colors go into specific areas; even if the are common colors you don't see them sometimes.

Yes, they are at peak right now. I'm glad we only got light rain from the hurricane or they would not have been as pretty!

I love the garden center at this Lowes. They move out perfectly good plants on clearance.

Awe that's sad! I sure will! Going to have to get a bigger pot for these. They grew like a wildfire this year.

Nope lost pretty bad! I think the second string quarterback that pulled off a big win last week got the big head. The third string quarterback ended up finishing the game. He did pretty good.

@just4him Oh some will be calling for the coaches resignation here soon. Offensive line coach also. Now we know they won't beat Alabama so at least another big loss coming up.

@kareng It's sad when people let their successes go to their head and then they lose the next one. It happens all the time. I'm glad the third-string QB did a good job.

Wow they sure got big for being something you bought for $1. I love anything that regrows each year so I don’t have to plant more.
