So the Winter 2020-21 starts now

Officially, the weather reports, maximum and minimum temperature readings, and other conditions might say otherwise.
However, if one needs to wear something over shirt or T shirt after taking a bath and feels like wearing socks, even in the early morning or late evening; that implies that winters have made a start.
Or even for the more "precisely" inclined, they are knocking on our doors.
And well, I never count those who roam around in the harsh winters with just a Tshirt and shorts and proclaim to the world "We do not feel cold !"
Well I am far away from such folks, and perhaps most folks would be.
So how is the situation and weather in your place?

The day I am up at 7 am in the morning and have to wear a sweater or anything similar qualifies as Winter for me !
The only change is this :
As of now 4th November, 23:40 I am comfortable in a Full sleeved Shirt or T shirt.
After next 15 days till late February, I would need a sweater or a light jacket.

In winters, we can move more freely during the daytime unlike summers.
Yet fog and extreme cold can be challenging during extreme winters.

Yes temperatures are getting cooler here too. But we don't get winters here. For most part of year, we have rainy days or non rainy days

Yet we have little cold, moderate cold and comparatively high cold, when we sometimes cannot go out without wearing a cap and heavy jackets.

Yes, we are now doing without fans or fans at a very low speed since the last few days. And at times, we need fans to counter mosquitoes.
