Can you resist cravings?

I ussually crave for food. I want to resist but it makes my mood bad if I do. HOw about you, can you resist it?

it is hard to resist cravings but there are times when we really have to stop ourselves from doing that. i crave a lot but there are times that i can control myself and then there are also times when i can't help myself...^^
