My Day and Surgery Update

No end of excitement in the hospital. I saw both the PA and my doctor. I'll be leaving as soon as the insurance gives the okay. I have a bed in the same rehab center as last time, so that's good. Therapy was here and I got my knee to 35 degrees this morning. Two days after surgery, that's pretty good. I'm doing well with walking and getting around. I won't say it's not painful to move, it is, but it's getting better every time I do. I have a brace for my knee. I'll be wearing it for six weeks when I'm up and moving and when I sleep at home as I'm a tosser and he doesn't want me to mess up the knee. I don't want to either. Since I've been here, I've had two roommates. The hospital is so full they're doubling up on single rooms. My last roommate left around noon. She was very nice. She also had a knee replacement.
