I suppose you can call this a continuation of yesterday's post. Yesterday I told you that I jumped the hurdle and achieved my first weight loss goal. I have lost around 30 lbs since I started this keto journey. To celebrate, I walked 17,000+ steps yesterday, had an atkins chocolate chip cookie dough bar (my favorite) and started crocheting a cowl.
This morning I've already walked 9,500+ steps. Most of those steps were taken in the hour and 12 minute long walk that I took this morning. The rest of them have been taken inside. I will do more steps today and I intend to see how the little pedal bike (It's just pedals...) will do for me today as well.
I'll also work more on my cowl and hopefully finish it tonight.
I need to buy one of those scales that also measures muscle weight.
Today is my cheat day. The one day each week that I eat something that isn't keto. I'll have chicken, lettuce and tomato (which is keto) and soft fried potato chips (which isn't keto) for dinner.

You aren't eating much, no wonder you're losing so much so fast. I can't do that I'd be starving.

I don't really need a lot of food to feel full anymore, to be honest. I used to need lots, but now I barely feel hunger at all.

@Courtlynn I ate more yesterday in one day than I have in weeks. Today I haven't had any hunger pangs yet and it's noon already.

Thanks. This is the next best thing since I don't go to a gym.

Feeling a little tired today, but I did walk... Just not as much as I usually do in the morning.
