Probably A Futile Effort

So, despite my little rant about all you MyLotters keeping me from getting important things done, I did eventually get all of my grocery shopping done and even got the leaves mulched and a few aluminum cans crushed, bagged, and taken care of.
As I looked out the window this morning at the yard it looks like I didn't do a damn thing with the leaves.
So it was probably a futile effort. Oh well. I can run them over with the mower again today. At least the trees are almost bare.

It is futile this time of year it is better to just wait until they all fall.

We seem to be clearing leaves 12 months of the year. I much prefer those evergreen types but unfortunately the neighbours and council think otherwise.

Does it ever happen that the leaves from the neighbor's yard blow into yours? Do you like the sound of the leaves crunching when you walk?

@porwest My parents don't always remove the fallen leaves and when it rains on them it can become slippery and hence dangerous.

Unfortunately there are a lot of trees around my house so a lot of leaves that aren't mine wind up being mine. I say unfortunate about the trees, but I actually like them. I just hate cleaning up the leaves. lol. As for liking the sound of crunching when I walk, but I guess I never thought about it.

You can mulch the leaves with the mower...just as good as raking them up. :-)
