Arranging some old files

I saw boxes in the cabinet containing envelopes and folders. Those contain my records back then while I'm working at local government unit. I transferred it to the other cabinet so that I can put other things fitted to the cabinet emptied. I will not be throwing this old files yet.

Those I identified that I think no longer useful, I took it out and probably throw it anyway.

That a lot of documents. Why so many? When I retire I got only a few envelopes or folders of my personal files not in boxes.
