'twas a mistake

Tonight I made an egg pie with mistake. After the egg white was beaten, I fold it immediately to the egg and milk mixture. I realize after that I forgot to strain the mixture before adding the froth. I try to strain it but half of the froth did not make it through and it's wasted. It should not be included because it has an egg residue.

The taste doesn't change but it mounted almost double the pan and went flat down after taking it out.

@ZedSmart I'm sorry about the mistake. I am sure if you do it again you will remember what to do. Practice makes perfect. I've never heard of an egg pie before. Sounds interesting!

I forgot to strain the milk and egg mixture because my attention was disrupted by the sound of the timer. I bake the pie crust for 15 minutes before I will.pour the mixture into it.

At least you learn from it. Don't worry, you can try again.

Yes. Thank you. It can be eaten but the consistency and texture is not that good.
