What Have I Done!

My friend told me that there is a 15€ discount in Otto shop when I am ordering for the first time on this site. I just have to include the code number when ordering. Of course, I have to sign up first and I did.
The normal price of the iPad that I ordered is 466.90€ minus the 15€ was great. I don´t think the price will reduce more than this. So, I have ordered but I have not found the place where I could add the code number. I was shocked because I have sent the order already.
I was a bit irritated but thought, WHATEVER. I would buy it anyway. I got an email about my order and it will come next month as it will take 5 weeks to arrive. I sent an email and told them to please reduce the price and I was complaining why they have not put a blank space where I can put the code.
I am not good at shopping online. I am glad I have chosen to pay the bill when the product comes. I think this will be my Christmas gift for myself as I have saved the money from my birthday cash, Mylot and Hubpages earnings.
Anyway, I am done now with shopping online. I wish you a wonderful Friday the 13th,

Yes, me too but I got the discount because I complained through email yesterday after ordering. I am glad that the company has good client service. I was given a 15€ discount. Thank you @DocAndersen

@DocAndersen Yes, it is smart customer service. Their photo is "The client is the king." I have known this company for 40 years but it is the first time I ordered from them online.

Yes,I was able to get a discount. I got an email today and the discount was deducted from the price of the IPad. I am glad I complained through email. Thank you @LindaOHio. Have a nice Saturday.

. He taught me also how to convert the money just in case I am alone.
. Apple store is more expensive than anywhere here so I tried to check a better price from another good German online shop that sells Apple products, too. Thank you.
