I made it through the workday and finally made it to the weekend. Work bought our team lunch because it was some kind of appreciation week or something. All I really know is they bought us sandwiches from Jimmy John’s. I only ate half of it at work and finished it when I got home. I then decided I deserved a nap, so I fell asleep on the couch for about 30 minutes. I am starting my weekend off right. I took the nap and now I am listening to some music and just chilling out for a while. I was just listening to the song “Don’t Speak” by No Doubt. I think it is a good song, it reminds me of those relationships you know is going to end but at the time you think you don’t want them to end. I have often wondered if they knew at the time that the band was going to break up. The song is sung by the talented and beautiful Gwen Stefani. In my opinion, one of the best looking singers ever. I just moved on to another one of their songs, “Underneath it all”, and realized I am listening to sad songs. I think I need to change that and listen to more upbeat songs to get into a good mood for the weekend. I don’t need to be sad for the weekend. I hope you enjoy your weekend and stay safe out there.
