Lunch is Served: 'Bulalo'

A beef stew is being served for lunch today. It was heavenly to sip the soup, munch the beef shanks, and suck the bone marrows. We call this local dish 'bulalo.' Yummy. I love bulalo but have not eaten it for a long time. I only had croissant sandwich for dinner.

@Shavkat I think there is Lucky Me Bulalo in the Asian supermarket but I have not been there since the pandemic started.

I had one several days ago and it was really yummy especially when it it cooked well and the meat is tender. Ours was just homemade so there’s not much ingredients along with it. I wish l had the corn too like the one you have in the picture.

Actually, I want also to have some potatoes. But then, corns and the others are only available in the house. I must admit that the corns bring color to this dish.
