Good morning, afternoon or evening to everyone around the globe. 16th November is my special day as I celebrate it every year as the day that I was given life and brought into the world. Its a day I normally have 100% zest and zeal and great excitement, however, I have been tremendously depressed after the death of my cat and I just can't seem to shake the sadness. Knowing my problem and taking a look in the mirror and trying to find a way through this feeling I came upon a "7 self-care essentials while grieving the death of a pet" and if this can help me overcome my sadness, then I am going to try everything to feel better. The two points I find most difficult are "maintaining routines with your living pets" - every time I see my sad little Talu, I can see her grieving too and I break into tears. ?"Reflect upon the life shared between yourself and your beloved pet" - this one is the worst because in every corner of my home, garden, room, everywhere, there is a memory of Picasso and I just get emotional all the time. Hopefully, this too shall pass as they say, but until then I thank you for being my audience today and taking the time to listen and read. Your words of comfort are always appreciated and I hope I am back to my normal self soon. How do you cope with special days when you are not feeling up to seeing or visiting with people? 16th November 2020 - the children have booked a table for dinner.
