It's 10:15 PM here. And I am in my cozy bed in my warm blanket after a hot refreshing shower. 
..I can hear the thunder. The rain has slowed down since evening but seems we have another pouring coming in the night. And the weather is real chill.
I will call it a day. Will just read a bit after this post and then slip into slumber. A working week is ahead and I need to be awake early. Though I have long working hours and I am working on Saturday too, I am looking forward to this week. 
Well it's exam time this week ( a continuation from last week with a break for Diwali festival). So the schedule is made such that accomodates exams for classes that have it, study break for others and academic classes for others. And in all those we have a lot to do as teacher. Having everything online needs a good planning to utilize the resources and time.
I am happy that I have a regular Maths class in the morning and then a good break followed by art class for different age groups in afternoon post lunch. I am passionate about Maths and Arts. And that's the only two things I am dealing this whole week.
I have my therapy sessions only on Tuesday and Thursday for those special children.
If you have seen my post on rangoli for Diwali, you know that I kept it simple and quick this time.
Actually the art that you see in the picture is what I initially planned to do. But then all tiredness and back pain made me drop it and go for simple one.
Guess I am going to use this one for my art therapy session with Middle school children tomorrow. So after all this finds a good use

@DianneN Oh! Being busy makes the time fly. I guess this semester is going faster than expected. We are already into revision, tests and practice sheets to prepare for March.

Now all the coming weeks will be a busy one at work. The academic year ends in March and students of High school will be writing crucial exams in the coming days. Guess it would be a lot of work for teachers to get them ready.
I slept like a baby as I always do.. Well I showed this artwork as a sample and asked them to come up with their own designs. They did come up with the outline. Next session they will fill colors and give the last finishing touch.

Yes, it would be. We are inching close to our last semester and end of academic year. Children from High school would be writing national level exams by Feb end. So a lot of work for teachers to get them ready to be there. It's more of revision and practice.

That needs a bit more time and sitting. Needs the use of a toothpick for those intricate designs. If I had the time and energy left. I would have done this one. Today I showed them this design and I asked them to come up with their own similar design. They made the outlines today. Tomorrow they will fill the color and let's see how it turns.

Not in all places but yes our capital city Delhi has seen a sharp spike in cases. Many people flaunted the rules and safety guidelines celebrating the festival and shopping out in crowded markets.
