I was not here since 1PM yesterday like around 18 hours. This was due to some problem with my internet connection. There has been some technical issues that there was no connection for most of their subscribers.
I was glad to be able to contact my daughter's teacher to inform her of the issue. I found half of their class was affected also and even some teacher. Nowadays, it is really difficult not to have the internet.

Hope the net is back already. It has gone viral since most have been reported to FB. My wife too had seen a lot of people complaining that they were not able to be online because that company had technical issues at their end. Looks like the company is now having hard time delivering their services well now that their subscribers are growing already.

@rakski Yeah I guess they have to do something about it. They offered a very good deal for their plans but they did not anticipate that they will be flooded with request from the public to be connected. Now they are having a hard time managing them. I see some are not even billed properly on time and would just be surprised by their bills.

It must be their signal sites or cabinet lines went down or due to some maintenance because of the last typhoon.

If your provider is PLDT, I’ve read on FB that they had a fiber cut.

@rakski Is Globe your current provider? Back home, I’m with Globe too even when it was still Islacom which they bought out. I was among the first subscribers of Islacom in the city and also of Globe when they bought Islacom.

@sunrisefan Globe has a very weak signal here and they do not offer a fiber connection here so definitely a no for me. I am with a new company for almost a year now. This is the first time this happens
