Well for all the workout I did this morning I deserve a better breakfast than salad and corn but it's still a very good breakfast. Yes I'm just having breakfast at 1:09pm I figured if I ate late ....I'd be eating less which means less calories and less fat in my body. I hope it works out in my favor because I honestly need it to work. My body still hurts and I'm a bit dizzy from the workout..... Hi everyone is it normal that I get really dizzy each tome I workout? I get so dizzy that I once fell to the ground ...part of the reasons I stopped excersing before. Who love's a good workout?

Do you work out on an empty stomach?

@Merliva it’s better to consult a specialist to be sure but in my case, I also felt dizzy when I did my workout routine on an empty stomach

Do you eat before hand? Maybe you should...I wonder if the dizziness is low blood sugar or something to that degree?

Ooooo could be because I hardly drink any sugar at all...I avoid things with it
