Just a while ago when moving my legs, the other pair exerted a little more of a movement resulting a cramp. Sometimes, there's also occasional presence of numbness in one or both hands. I might just perhaps deficient of some nutrients.

Also, lack of physical exercise and water can do this. My husband sits too much, which causes leg cramps. I had sciatica in my right leg, it was terrible! The cause was from too much sitting, at a computer screen.

I don't exercise but I would say I did a lot of walking though. Perhaps, that is one of the reasons too.

@ZedSmart Regular exercise is important, every day. I'm just beginning to do this again.

@kobesbuddy I believe the importance of exercise but I always failed on this. The last time, I played recreational badminton but I was injured so I stopped it. I tried walking but I can't maintain it as well. I have a lot of excuses I think.

Getting cramp could come from a number of reasons I guess.

Perhaps. I'm not taking vitamins supplements though and maybe, possibly I did not also get enough from my food intake.

It's better to check to your doctor first. Medical could be very complicated. Sometimes it's just normal cramps but sometimes it can be a symptom.

maybe you can swim that doesn't burden your body, and walk regularly, plus drink vitamin D milk by meeting in the morning sun
