My Mix And Match Dinner

Couldn't figure out what to have for dinner , so just picked up whatever caught my taste buds at Giant. One of those was an egg salad sandwich. I love egg salad sandwiches. But I can't find them too often. I also got a bag of chicken wingettes. Haven't had a taste of fried chicken in a while. So there's my dinner. And how about you?

The Egg salad sandwich is delicious. I will have leftover pasta from last night but I will put grated cheese on it and baked in the oven for dinner tonight.

@db20747 Easy peasy. Boil the eggs. Take the yolk out. Mix it with mayo, or whatever you like. Chop up the white of the egg. Mix it all together.

@db20747 My husband and I tend to eat a lot later than we should. I tend to have to snack about now or sooner, because dinner is so late.
