Biden says no Warren or Sanders in his administration

Biden has stated that neither Senator Elizabeth Warren nor Bernie Sanders will be in his Cabinet. Many progressive Democrats were hoping that he would select them for positions like Secretary of Treasury and Secretary of Labor. Biden said that he needs to keep them in the Senate to help pass his agenda. I understand that. I would have liked to have seen the 2 of them in the Cabinet but I was thinking the same thing--there would have to be special elections and I wouldn't want to risk losing those seats to Republicans.
Joe Biden revealed Tuesday that he will not find spots for progressive Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders in his Cabinet, claiming he needs their voices and votes in the U.S. Senate.

I think there may be more to it than that, and secretly I think IF the underlying message is what I suspect it might be, it's a good one.
