Brewed coffee and banana cake / myLot

I like my stepmom's banana cake because it does not get soggy when I put it in the fridge. It has pecan nuts and white and black chocolate chips and raisins. The dough is not moist. I don't like moist dough. Anyway, it is perfect for my brewed coffee. So the kitchen smells good today. What is your version of banana cake?

Two days in row people mention banana cake... From your description, the cake would be heavenly... I don't eat banana cake much, but as long as they don't put to much Rhum and it's not too sweet, I will love it.

I agree with you. I hate rum in it. Looks like banana cake is almost everyone's favorite.

I haven’t had banana cake in eons. My grandmother would make it occasionally when we were kids. I did have a banana for a snack last night, but that’s as close as I got. Sounds delicious, though!!!
