Something new, toast and mayo

Would you be interested in trying some? Yuck! Actually my husband is in the kitchen making breakfast and we're talking about him being new tires on his vehicle. Instead of grabbing his jelly he grabbed the mayo jar and had a spoon in before realizing what he was about to do. So he caught himself in time and used jelly as he intended all along.

Would you have mayo with toast though? I don't eat much jelly either although I have a hard of mixed fruit, mango and apricot I think.

Well, to be honest I do not totally dislike, add a slice of ham and it's good.

@MarshaMusselman In Spain they serve ham, cheese and toasts for breakfast, also in the north of Switzerland.

@LadyDuck that sounds like a monte cristo sandwich that a few places serve here with either or both powdered sugar and syrup.

Mayo and toast will really be good if there are tuna as well.

@crazyhorseladycx yeah he puts jelly on the cinnamon toast too. I turn up my nose at it but what do you do at least I don't have to eat it that way.

I think he had swirled cinnamon toast not just regular toast but not sure. And BLTs are good with mayo and the normal fixings.

@MarshaMusselman I agree. If I had avocado, I would have just put that on my toast. But the next best thing is avocado mayo. haha

I think I'd just do the avocado not the mayo. But you go ahead and enjoy.

I seldom eat mayo but it’s okay for making egg sandwich for lunch.
