Happy Tuesday and the first day of December. Wow can't believe we're rounding the bend to the end of the year. I don't expect 2021 to magically be better than 2020 but this year has been very hard for all of us.
Today we have a cloudy day and it's way better than the weather yesterday.
I have lots to do today aside from the usual things that always need doing around the house.
I want to at least start getting the ornaments on the tree even if I can't get it all done today.
I started a new book and I can't wait to open the pages and get into the story.
I'm working on a crocheting project and maybe I can do that while I catch up on a tv show or two.
Tonight we're having pasta so that's a simple easy meal and won't take much time to make.
My daughter went to work and is going to have a talk with her boss about going into the office. With the newest restrictions about Covid she doesn't feel comfortable going into the office so we'll see how that plays out. I'm sure he isn't going to be agreeable about her just working from home but who knows. He might find a moment to be human 
Before I get my day started I'm making chatting here a priority and enjoying my second cup of coffee.

@Marilynda1225 Covid is spiking here in Switzerland now... I am not surprised, surely it is because of winter sports, too many tourists. I remember that your daughter has an annoying Boss.

Covid is spiking where my daughter works and I'm praying she can go back to working from home. He's not the most agreeable person so I'm not betting on his cooperation.

Its miserable here and almost feels like it's going to snow.
I'm not expecting any good news after my daughter talks to her boss. He's a grinch all year round
Grilling steaks sounds yummy!

Darn her boss! Too bad she has to go through this especially now. 
I wouldn't have ordered today, but needed a couple of things. They were out of almost everything else. Lucky my son texted me from Trader Joe's. He picked up what we needed. Of course, I will need another order on Thursday or Friday. It takes up so much time sanitizing everything.

I do hope that your daughter's boss finds it possible to let her work from home, it is safer.
We're having hamburg casserole for supper.
I remember making it about 20 years ago, and my hubby loved it so I started making it again, he still enjoys it.
Its just browed ground beef mixed with golden mushroom soup, shredded cheese (and did I mention its healthy) and topped with tater tots in a casserole and into the oven. I can smell it now, it does smell good.

Your casserole sounds hearty and delicious. I need to get back into making casseroles.
Working from home didnt go over well with the boss. He's still insisting on her coming into the office 2x a week

She can work easily from home but that doesn't work for him. He likes to see people working and thinks if you're working from home you aren't working.
