Asian Supermarket Shopping

OMG! It is not yet 8 in the evening and I am already sleepy. I keep on yawning and yawning.
I woke up this morning at 8 as my friend and her hubby picked me up at 10 to go shopping in the Asian shop 30 kilometers away from where we live. I always need 2 hours to make me awake, drink my mug of tea and dress for going out.
We went early to the Asian shop because we wanted to be alone in that shop. I think other Filipinas and Asian people thought the same as there were plenty of Asian people inside the supermarket when we arrived. I still made my social distancing with my shopping cart.
I bought a sack (10kilos) of Jasmine rice, Filipino noodles, and other ingredients I could use for Christmas meals. I also bought wilted banana leaves.
I will try not to go to bed yet as I might get up in the middle of the night when I sleep now. I am really so tired of my Asian grocery shopping, household chores and cooking for our dinner.

I write a lot of articles, made meatloaf for dinner and meatballs for dinner later in the week and did laundry. I am glad you were able to find the things you wanted at the market.

My day wasn't all that busy. Just did a few things around the house and then read for awhile. Now I'm watching a Christmas special on tv

I went for an appt at nine am then made breakfast for some bookkeeping done, did a bank statement and watched netflix. Took a nap, heated to leftovers for myself and am now mylotting.
I'm thinking of what I should have for a light meal.

I had been going to the Korean markets locally, but I finally hit up the big Asian market (which is not terribly far, but I just didn't want to go). It's more Chinese, but there they have more "other" Asian ingredients there. It was literally like Christmas shopping . . . I bought this and this and that 
. Grocery shopping is tiring these days, right? Well get some good sleep tonight! I grocery shop tomorrow . . . so today I'm just doing more cleaning.

@thelme55 I can't wait to go back to that store again! But these days our number of cases have gone way up again - I want to do the least amount of shopping as possible. I really don't extra ingredients for now, but it's always handy to have. Oh yes, the people who seem to lose their heads that we are in a pandemic and need to be careful at the ones that drive me nuts. You take care!!

It sounds like a similar Asian market that we have here @much2say. Yes, we can buy a lot of Asian ingredients. Grocery shopping is indeed tiring as we have to wear masks and keep our social distance while the others forgot keeping distance from us and this annoys me. I had a good night's sleep. Enjoy your day.

Today I had not done very much but was waiting on grocery deliveries.
Some of them had items missing

That is very annoying to have missing items.
The Asian shop doesn´t deliver at home.

Good Evening to you. It's 1:49 here at the moment. I am going to go to the kitchen in the next hour or so and make the keto cheddar bay biscuits. After that I will start on dinner. I've been reading, writing and just trying to enjoy my day. I feel a little stressed though.

Thai rice is the best I have tried. It tastes like Filipino rice.
