Took another pain pill

The doctor gave me both an antibiotic and a pain-relieving medication for my urinary tract infection. The pain pills are supposed to stop the bladder spasms. I guess that is part of what is causing all of the abdominal pain.
Anyway I'm supposed to take the pyridium 3 times a day as needed. It is definitely needed. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain but this is really uncomfortable. I I feel like absolute crap and it isn't just when I am in the bathroom trying to pee. I have a headache. I think I have a fever. My back hurts. Ugh.
Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

That really sucks I can relate. I have a conditions ICS for which there is no cause known and no cure. Debilitating but I have learned to manage it. Bladder related.
Hope you improve soon that is miserable.

I hope your antibiotics start working soon!
I went to the ER earlier this week for mouth pain, and they sent me home with a pain med script and an antibiotic script. Which reminds me I need to go take the antibiotic.
I'm like you, I try not to go to the ER for anything and just soldier on through the pain, but it just got too bad.
