Taking Lessons From the Dude

Woke up to lots of sunshine today. Cool earlier but it is nice now, in the 40s.
Coffee was enjoyed in the screen room with the cats. And the birds enjoyed the peanuts. I had to remove the ice from the bird bath. They have fresh water again.
Not much planned today except enjoy the sunshine. A ride to the park might be on the agenda.
The Dude is enjoying his nap on the rug. Brendel is in her cat tree snoozing. They have the life!

@CarolDM I think it's cute when they snore. My friends black cat has a broken purr-er and his snores are sometimes loud.

Carol is bending over backwards to keep things wonderful, for two cats and the birds:) Dude sun bathes, Brendel curls up for a cozy nap, the birds chomp down peanuts and a fresh, clean birdbath. While Carol thinks of something she might have overlooked

@CarolDM If certain people didn't take care of the wildlife, they'd probably go elsewhere! That's why I throw out celery tops, older lettuce and vegetables, the deer will enjoy:) My neighbor feeds them shucked corn, too.

critters do love the warmth'f the sun. e'en the ponies 've been takin' turns nappin'. all sprawled out. critters 'seize the moment' way more'n humans. perhaps 'nother lesson we can learn.

The cats and brds are surely having a life there. I am waiting for a good sunny day to bask in sun. We had no sun in last two weeks. It's gloomy, drizzling and chill here.
