Peppermint Truffle Cookies

Nestle put out new chips that are stuffed truffles and they're just awesome.
These are the peppermint ones and they taste so much like york peppermint patties.
I don't usually eat my own baking and I think it's partly because I bake so much especially around the holidays but I've been eating at least one cookie I bake.
I like this one and may make more of them. It depends on how I feel closer to the MD trip lol.

They turned out so good. Not really heavy on the peppermint. You can get the truffles at walmart and the recipe is on the back

I got the truffles from Walmart. Once Christmas is over they'll be gone
