Usually here we set up our Xmas tree as early as september. Sadly, with out the maid I've been busy with a lot of things, more house chores recently. Then the puppies came along and got me occupied. Good thing my brother helped out with the latern. This evening i was finally able to set up the christmas tree, with out the lights.

My daughter usually sets up the Christmas tree just before Christmas and takes it out on the 6th of January.

It's better late than never. We were also late setting up our tree, we usually do it after All souls and all Saints day or what others call Halloween

When I still live there with my parents, the tradition is to set up the Christmas tree after November 30th. We have family members who have birthdays in November, and for my mom, she does not want to take away their special days by starting on Christmas. It made their birthdays and Christmas special, as nobody in the family has birthday in December.

I just ordered a small christmas tree online two days ago and I am waiting for it to be delivered today together with its decors. I hope it looks good like the picture in their product page...
