Wondering if you all have noticed this or is it just me?
I was out of work for about 7 months and spent most of my time in the house since most everything was closed. I would go to the store or anywhere I needed to go when I needed to. Of course while I was sitting around the house I did not wear a mask but I did on my short trips out of the house. Those places that required a mask, I wore one.
Now that I am back working, I have to wear a mask at work, so for the better part of 8 hours a day I am wearing a mask. I have noticed something, I am congested every night and morning. I honestly don’t think wearing these masks all day long is good for us. At least I don’t feel every well after wearing them all day long.
For those that have to wear this all day long are you also noticing it or is it just me?

Wearing a mask all day can be dangerous to your health. I personally have never worn one, due to the fact doing so carries the risk of me dying of heat stroke. Or suffecation from sweating too much if I get over heated. I have to keep my chest, nose and mouth open in order to breath properly. That being said, Masks are not recommended for people who may have lung issues or heart problems. No self-respecting doctor is recommending them. Stores and work placeses remain clueless to this.
If you're experiencing health issues due to wearing a mask, you're not alone. My husband, who has Asthma, reported that masks agitate his Asthma and he only wears them at work, because (while he could get a doctor's note not recommending one) Pizza hut could argue, 'then you can't work'.
So, no, masks are not good for you. For some people in controlled situations its fine. But, that's a conversation between you and your doctor. Or, it should be.

I seem to have more boogers now with the mask on all day long. I would have thought it would be the opposite, given that the mask should be filtering out dust and dirt. But nope, every day after work I blow my nose to clear out the mountain of boogers in there! lol
