I've done "Zoom" before, but someone else had set it up, and it was her computer. My friends brother was trying to help acquaint me with Zoom so that I could participate in the memorial for my friend. It took me a while to get onto Zoom, and then when I finally did, I could see him but he couldn't see me. I noted on my end that the little camera icon had a red line through it, but neither me or my friend's brother knew how to fix that. So, we chatted for a while, then friend's bro said he would ask his older brother if he knew anything about how to fix it/make the camera work. Little steps at a time.

That's a start, pretty soon you will get the hang of it. In this time, technology has become an increasing necessity to connect. It is not new, we have utilized technology to connect well before the pandemic. The proliferation of its use and demand has just increased around this year.
