Well... It's my own fault.
I thought I might have missed a stitch about oh... eight or so rows back, but I kept going because it didn't quite look like I had. Oh well, It shouldn't take me too long to frog to that part and fix it.
I have to get a little better at not missing stitches because in all honesty, I miss stitches at the end of a row all the time.
I might say "oh forget about it" with this piece but I know it won't match up when I sew it together, so I can't just leave it as it is.
How's your day before Christmas Eve going for you?
I'm crocheting, writing, reading and doing laundry today. I'm making sausage patties and eggs for supper tonight and either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day I am going to make Taco Soup for dinner.
I just checked and my new phone is in the next county over.. So YAY!!! I hope they actually do deliver it tomorrow like it's set to be delivered, but I also hope the charger that I had to buy separately will get here soon.

Nothing is more exciting than knowing something you've ordered is soon to be delivered. It's like the adult version of Santa Claus bringing presents for us to enjoy!

My favorite part is seeing it switch from "At FedEx Location" to "On Truck for Delivery."
Yesterday my neighbor got a fed ex package and I was a little bummed because I knew though the truck was parked in front of my house, it wasn't for me!

@moffittjc I have a neighbor who gets an amazon package almost every day. That used to be here, but we've stopped ordering as much. If nothing else this pandemic has driven more sales to Amazon.

@ScribbledAdNauseum That happens to me all the time. Between myself, and my neighbors on either side of me, we are always ordering stuff online, so a truck stops by pretty much every single day to deliver a package. I get bummed when it's not for me.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I don't think you are lazy. Nobody can continue on a busy schedule all the time. Everyone needs a rest and timeout to prevent a burnout lol.

Thank You. I like to try to stay busy because too often I'm just not busy enough and get too lazy.
I hope it turns out delicious as well. I've made taco soup before but this is a new recipe. Merry Christmas!

@magicbiz This is true. I know I've had burn out before from working way too much. I did spend about four days last week doing nothing but reading though, so I really do need to get back to work.

LOL at you ribbit
I certainly can relate to ripping out rows after finding a mistake.
Hope you get your phone and charger
Have a very Merry Christmas

I've already started to fix it. I just need to complete six more rows and I'll be back where I was a few minutes ago before I had to rip-it.
Thank you, the tracker says it will be here tomorrow and I am considering going to the local thrift store and seeing if they have a charger because it seems the charger I ordered won't be here before the 30th.
Hope you have a very Merry Christmas as well!

Yes, it can definitely be annoying to have to fix a project or start it over completely. Merry Christmas!

I hope you get your phone today. We were supposed to make cabbage rolls yesterday to eat for Christmas Day; but we both ate and fell asleep....so we will be making them today (Christmas Eve). Quit missing those stitches! :-)

Morning!
It's on the truck for delivery so it's just a matter of waiting. I hope you enjoy the cabbage rolls!
I'll take a picture of the project later and post about it here. I'm now working on the second piece of the top that I'll sew together with the first! Merry Christmas Eve!
