Today is a very important date for my city because it is the day that Saint Benedict's Day is celebrated, it is a day in which the parishioners attend to visit it and as it is so crowded and they attend from many States the saint is placed A platform to be appreciated by all at a mass in his honor, today the church is thus guarded to prevent parishioners from attending due to the virus outbreaks, because there are still people who do not understand that the virus is not a game.

Is there any chance that you are referring to St. Benedict of Nursia? I grew up Benedictine and we celebrate him July 11.
