Dreaming Of Spring Already

I am already dreaming of Spring, that's no good, we just started Winter here. I am tired of this gloomy weather, the dampness outside and the snow. I am also tired of this Christmas stuff on TV I better calm myself down as I have to go through it like anybody else. Are you already tired of this season?

@marlina December is usually very cold and now we have very nice days and when I had to be out the weather was nice and we had chilly days when I was out too.

I always like the blooms but I don't care for the heat that comes with that time of year. I don't watch anything Christmas related.

@marlina The spring is a nice time before the heat arrives and the blooms start popping up. It will be here before we know it. I avoid the Christmas stuff as much as possible.

I am sick to the back teeth of winter as.well. Spring cannot arrive soon enough. It's even worse than normal winters as we are in lockdown. Nothing open, no cafes to go for a coffee A travel ban Not allowed to leave the house except for shopping etc. I think Seasonal.Adjustment Disorder is probable for me this year. April seems a long.time.away, doesn't it?

I'm ready for spring once autumn his because I don't like the winter either. I heard we may have above average temps for the first two weeks of January whatever that might mean. Maybe the snow will melt and we can do a bit and fit some work in too before more snow and cold comes back to stay. We are getting snow tonight maybe first though. Flowers are pretty.

I somehow don't like this cold weather. It is not easy to take a shower or bath because the water is freezing. Or maybe I am not used to the cold temperature.

This year I am alright. We still have our tree up, although I did put the rest of the decorations away earlier this morning because I desperately needed to dust. I am tired of the Christmas shows, there are just too many of them and they all seem to have the same storyline.

I'm tired of winter too but spring is still a few months away. I hate the snow, freezing cold and that it gets dark so early. Well that's enough bah humbug from me
