In spite of tiredness and pain I did the workouts.
The therapist will come tomorrow. She wwill surely make me do other exercises. She has no heart.
I hope this helps though. My hands have been trembling a lot but it was my fault. I discovered the first day that the exercise for arms was the easiest. So I did twice the amount
I hope things are better tomorrow. I´m slowlyy learning what to do and what not to do.
Now I am with my legs on a pillow so that they rest a bit.
And, of course, I´am mylotting.

I am glad you are getting the exercise you need. I walk about my apartment and bend and stretch my bum knee but it still does not behave like it should I will probably have to start short walks.

Same here, I used to take the grandkids out for walks when it was warmer, unless it was raining. But now it's winter here.My granddaughter asked me why we couldn't take a walk and I told her that it was too cold and we will start walking a lot again when spring comes or when we move to Florida! LOL
