How Can We Influence Others?

Many of us have sites that offer referral commission. We can earn additional income if our referrals are active. 10% is a good deal. For example, our referral earned 100, we get 10. Some sites give even higher commission.
For some time, I have been inactive with my social media account. I haven't posted any update about my sites. But when I withdrew some earnings from Cointiply, I decided to post it on my Facebook account. Of course, I have included the link to the site. When I checked my account with Cointiply, I was surprised to see 9 additional referrals. In just few hours, I get additional referrals which can somehow help increase my income.
Wow! I am so happy with my progress. How about you guys, how do you influence others?

I am thinking that I really have this skill at inviting people. Maybe I need to try real estate to see how much convincing power I have.

I don't invite my offline friends because most of them have other interest. I have online friends from the same interest. Facebook is good platform but we can use other ways as well. For me the best way is through our own blog. That is why I am hoping to start a new blog this year.

I am not a good influencer, probably the reason my blog is not highly followed. 
For me it takes for someone to know me a little bit better, and for me to know the other person a bit better before I can even get the conversation to something that I highly recommend. I am an introvert, so I guess it's not helping. I definitely do not have a future in sales and marketing.

Observing people on Facebook, I learned few things based on people's reaction on certain posts. So I can use those knowledge when I am posting mine. Though I know that I can get some referrals before but it is in this post that I realized I have some skill and maybe I need to develop it more.

Well, actually I don't stay on the site for long time in a day. It is enough that I visit every day because of the loyalty reward. It's also good if we use the app because it is more convenient.

I don't have any referral experience. It's hard to refer others especially when they're not interested.

I just noticed that I can easily invite people to join even I don't ask them directly. This made me think to venture into affiliate or other marketing activities.
