We have been loyal to our previous internet subscription for years but since we had a always issues with slow connection and all of us in the family were about to go online since pandemic crisis came, we decided to change subscription. Do you think we never had issues anymore? We still do from time to time. I guess because most people work from home using the internet plus the increase of students studying online, internet connection issues never ceased to occur. however, compared to our previous subscription, we only encounter fewer problem. Still I am hoping that there will be no more problem like slow connection or worse no connection at all in the future. How about your connection? Is it working properly?

We have the same provider since the day we bought this house 21 years ago. We are very satisfied and we never had problems.

@cherigucchi We do not have many providers in our small country.

Our internet connection has always been reliable since we had them about 3-4 years ago. Our previous one kept jacking up their rates and they have way too many inconvenient system maintenance that leave us without connection for days. This provider has been very amazing. We have our wifi security cameras hooked up, our smart TVs, our laptops and mobile devices, even our thermostat. It is amazing and at the same time scary to think that lots of our stuff are hooked up to the internet.

@cherigucchi I am from there, and I now what you mean. I think I have tried all providers, the very last one is BayanTel and it was the worse.

@Raine38 We stick to Globe for many years and now we have Converge because of the good feedback before. But now we are having same issues from time to time.

I changes my internet connection at the start of the pandemic when I started working from home. Earlier I did not much bother about the slow connection because I would use the net only on weekends for chatting or facebook. But since I got my office computer home I needed a better connection to download files regularly. Am happy the new internet connection has been working well and has not troubled me.

We changed subscription because we heard good things about it but then same things happen. We have one-year contract

For now we're OK with our provider and I think slower connection sometimes is just normal.

Because it is happening usually, it becomes normal already.

@ZedSmart We are just trying to understand that many people switched to the same subscription that we have now.

@cherigucchi That sucks if it's always like that. Good that the new provider has a little issue now.
