Saturday Jan 10... What I Did For Fun Today

What are you doing to stay busy today?? For me, it was a walk to see how many snowmen have been made in my neighbourhood. I expected a few, but I was pleasantly surprised at how many there were and all the detail that had gone into them lol. There are a lot of bored kids out there and it seems that playing outside has become fun again. I wonder if outdoor rinks in back yards will make a comeback?? All of this reminds me of my childhood!!!

I finished the last of our Christmas decorations yesterday too. You think that you are finished... and then you spot one more thing!

It's really cold today. WE even had what looked like frozen fog this morning. A lot different from yesterday!!

Walking dogs is really popular where I live. If you don't have dogs, you are in the minority!!!

Apparently, we have had lots of that kind of snow. Can't remember the last time I made a snowman. Maybe this is the year!

I think that I like this idea the most lol... Is it just me or is there a thing about woman always being half frozen when hubby is quite comfortable??

i bet such 'twas a pleasant sight to see :) i dunno 'bout the young'uns there, if'n those backyard rinks'll return. here, 'tis rare to see a young'un outdoors. 'nless they're doin' chores, none're heard. too busy with gadgets'n complainin' 'bout the weather.
hmm, this 'twas saturday? i 'twas takin' a crash course via youtube tutorials'n plumbin' matters... neither fun nor healthy. jest a necessity which's grown.
