Headband

I see someone here wearing a headband. When I was a kid, I most of the time wore it. Am not sure if it is a trend again..She is 33 or 34 I bet and she wears this thick headband with metal studs on it. She is the only one who wears it so perhaps it is just part of her fashion style. What about in your place, is it a trend?

I wouldn't know. Trends come and go. I stopped wearing them, because they gave me a headache.

@Janet357 No, not anymore. I found a hair tie that works, and it's not too tight. My hair is also a lot shorter, too.

It is a long time that it's no more in fashion here... not even for young girls.

Not that I saw any yet. Maybe they haven't arrived here. But I would never imagine myself wearing one.

I think head bands are out of fashion these days. They were very common during my childhood.

I agree. Especially the thick headband.

@Janet357 I see kids wearing them. I am not sure that I see adults wearing them here.

here an adult woman who looks older than her age and is very chubby wears it. I think it is awkward to look at though it is her choice.

I don't wear them but many do. Some wear them while exercising.

The trend here now are scrunchies. I think the last time I wore a headband here is for when I was part of a wedding party, and the headband is a decorative piece to sit on top of my half up-do.

I sometimes wear a headband to help keep the hair out of my eyes.

I would not say that it is a fashion trend as it was when I was young. That time for a certain period of time it was a fashion statement. Dresses came up with stylish and matching headbands. But yes, I still find people who love to wear it. It is still there for young girls but not even that popular.

I see. I just don't like the very thick design with studs. I find it quite amusing.

thin one is much better than thick. I think only the chubby woman i know wears it because when i go out, i don't see anyone wears it.
