RANT: "Care to Hear Me Out?"

One of my regular students is habitually giving me poor evaluations. Every after the class with him. I always gave feedback about this concern. It seems that the company is ignoring it. I cannot understand why this student keeps on booking my classes online. If he doesn't like me, then he needs to find another teacher, right? He booked so many classes and I will be going to suffer for the whole month.

That's weird... If he doesn't like you/your teaching style, why does he keep booking classes with you? That makes no sense.
