Looks good.

Hash Browns, basically Potato Cakes.
Tasty.
It took 4 minutes to prepare.
My idea of fast food.
Total.cost about £0.40 for us both.

@JimBo452020 Not bad at all.
You know I really hadn't thought of it but... yeah hashbrowns and potato cakes.. same thing. Seen lots of places here marketing them as potato cakes lately.

I think they turned out pretty good, but of course the taste is where it's at.

Though presentation of food matters, it's the taste that actually counts. They look good for the first trial

Thanks.
I am going to try making a Strawberry Mousse type thing tomorrow.
I hope the heart shape is more pronounced than the eggs were.
I want a new motorbike.
So it's time to get into Yvonne's good books.
Got to pick up some cooking chocolate tomorrow for the garnish.
It's going to look Michelin Star,
I saw it on MasterChef,
Yvonne will love it.
And I will be some way towards my new bike.

I like.all.sorts of eggs, doesn't matter how they are cooked.
Fried eggs would be my number one choice but Yvonne says NO.
Lol

Well, you can definitely tell they are an attempt at being heart shaped. Overall, not bad at all.
I have a frying pan shaped like Darth Vader's face, I use it to make waffles and pancakes. Maybe I should try making eggs in that pan!

Not bad for the first time. You're right the more you practice the better you'll get, plus much to eat.

I like them. Keep them around for Valentines Day. I had poached eggs myself this AM but they weren't heart shaped.
