It's said on my calendar that Angel had a vet appointment today for over a week. My next door neighbor was kind enough to take us to the vet, and I was so glad I didn't have to walk there. So I got there, knocked on the door, and the lady asked me who I had an appointment with. I didn't know, so she went back in to check her chart/whatever, and she came back and told me that we weren't "on the books." Me: "What !?!?!" To top it off, I turned around, and my neighbor was leaving. Somewhere in all that I remember him saying to call and let him know when I needed to come home. I guess I was too stunned to yell for him to stop. A lady sitting there offered her phone for me to call someone, but I couldn't remember my neighbor's number. So, Angel and I headed home. If I figured right, it's about 5 miles. I have gotten my exercise for the week in two days. I am not going anywhere tomorrow...
