My grandaughter is not coming.

This morning, after I had thawed the meat I was going to give to her, Carolina messaged me and told me that she had a sore throat.
She is not coming and she will check herself for Covid. In other times, I would tell her to take some honey with lemon juice and that was all. Now we are all terrified.
Meanwhile, as here we are in summer, the beaches are full of stupid people who are not wearing masks or keeping social distance. The problem is not only whether they will get the Covid, but who will they infect.
I´m glad that my granddaughter is responsible, but I miss her.

I don´t think so. She takes care of herself. Still it was better that she did not come.

It seems that now the younger people will have to do community service with people who are in homes with covid.

I hope your daughter just has a sore throat and nothing else. There are a ton of stupid people that don't wear a mask or don't wear it properly. Don't worry...You will get to see her soon.

Even with the Covid 19 having proved so risky, people are still not following proper norms.
