Vaccination in certain areas have started in Surat!

Hi guys, Vaccination centres have been kept in different schools and hospitals. A large number of people have started getting vaccines in govt run hospitals here. Mainly the frontline workers have been vaccinated in different areas of Surat. However, there are 449 cases registered wherein the people have got side effects of vaccine like headache, fever, nausea etc. The doctor of the govt run hospitals has however clarified that there are no side effects of vaccine, it's just the body reacts naturally to the vaccine. I exactly didn't understood what he meant. Let me know what's the situation of vaccine at your place and have you got it personally.
