A Coffee Break

Its cold Thursday noon here. May be it was because it rained the whole night. It was only a light rain that cooled enough the weather. We had our lunch an hour ago. I did some online class observations and I have one last to go.
While waiting for the time, I opted to have a quick coffee break at least to keep me awake in this unholy hour.
I have been occupied with observations and the documents that go with those. I will be done on Monday next week. That means that I already had observed 27 people in my department.

@Shavkat Good for me now that I don't have online classes anymore since I became the head of our department. Still I have to observe online classes in return.

So it sounds like you do a short of evaluation of the workers in your department? You don't have to get with each one you just watch how they work?
We used to get one on one evaluations years back but we're to busy for that these days. We no longer get evaluated in that manner. Only if we're late for work, breaks or lunches and then it's one on one.

My eldest daughter gave that to me as a present on my last birthday. She knew well how I hated attending seminars.
