With everything messed up yesterday, I ate a lot more than I usually do. I also couldn't get to the Y with my messed up hip. I did today, so I'm back on track with everything right now. Here are the numbers.
Food
Breakfast - 1 Banana, 2 Eggs/Chia Seeds, 2 Potatoes/Alt Cheese, 2 Servings Orange Juice, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon
Calories - 990
Lunch - 1 Serving Tuna/2 Servings Guacamole, 3 Eggs w/Steak-umm
Calories - 562
Snack - 4 Servings Raisins
Calories - 480
Total Calories - 2032
Fitness
Foot Cycle - 30 Minutes
Exercise - 118 Minutes
Calories Burned - 2286
Calories Consumed - 2032
Total Calories - -254
Weight - 177
It turned out to be a good day despite how much I ate. I basically exercised all day, first with the foot cycle, and then every chance I got throughout the day. I also went down two ounces from the day before.

I've been doing better not eating too much and once I added eating an avocado to my meals I've been losing a little more weight than I was. Now I just need to get into toning somehow.

@just4him once my foot gets better and it's getting better daily I may try a line dance I did for a bit after my daughter's wedding. That was a short workout.

In spite of your higher calorie intake, you didn't gain any weight. Everything you ate was healthy, which is a big plus, also.
It was a good day, eating fairly healthy meals and my glucose level behaved itself. Tomorrow will be even better:)

@just4him When we eat healthy foods, the extra food won't make us sick. I'm so glad your scale was nice again today:) Raisins are very high in natural sugar.

Reached my goal. Since I didn't go out physically to play Pokemon go, getting my 4,000 steps will be more of a challenge. But, I've done it before.

Let me think, half a bagel for breakfast with cream cheese and cup of coffee. Double cheeseburger for lunch and half a stouffers Mac and cheese for dinner. I glass cranberry juice. That’s my day

ya did purty well with all that 'twas'n yer mind 'n that hip still botherin'. jest stay positive, hon.
what'd i do yesterday? more plumbin', cleaned corrals, got caught'p with laundry, fed ponies, scooped gunk out'ta the pond, raked pup poop. prolly more, but can't recall. my 'recall button' seems to be a bit broken?
