A good day so far...let's get moving.

Good afternoon from this side of the planet
It's 1:30 PM and I just had a lovely yummy lunch with my family. It was methi pulao ( spicy rice with onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves and finely chopped Fenugreek leaves). Fenugreek is called methi in Hindi. We had cucumber and carrot salad along with curd as side dish.
I had a productive day so far and I have striked a few things on my to do list
. I worked for two hours on laptop and finished more than half of the work that I got from school. I will finish the rest when I get up after my afternoon nap.
. Did some mylotting here. And now I can see myself yawning
.
I don't want to take a nap now. I have to push myself till 4 PM, my usual nap time. So I should just get up and get moving. That should help. I will just fold and iron my laundry for some time.
Catch you later. I should be back feeling fresh after some action

I avoid coffee. Not a coffee person as such. I got a few chores around home and that kept me awake till 4 PM. There is always something around home to be done.

It was really yummy. Methi pulao is one dish that everyone relishes in my house and I will make it when I am busy and want something quick and easy.

It is good. Too much of fenugreek leaves might be bitter for those who are not used to it or not very fond of it. SO you can just start by adding a small quantity. Hope you like it.

I try to stick to healthy diet. More so because I am diabetic. And I was always physically active since young age and exercises makes me feel good.

It is good to stay away from Mylot for a while and get other things accomplished. This is a place to come and hang when we are done with what needs to be done in offline life.

I had a nice one. A power nap of 20-30 minutes every afternoon is a must for me. Helps me stay energetic the whole evening.

I miss it for few days but then I am too tired to carry on with the later half of the day. A 20-30 minutes power nap works well for me. My day starts at 5 in the morning and ends at 10 at the night. I need a break of 30 minutes in the afternoon to replenish my energy.
